If you want to create added value, no longer is an excellent product portfolio simply enough. You need a partner who understands your business and your products. Who develops new production techniques, optimises your processes together with you and designs tailor-made solutions. Coastline has been that partner for many successful businesses and we break that process down into four clear elements.
Allow our experienced sales and technical engineers to get involved. Share your project, in particular the pain points and let us use our capabilities in engineered bonding, protecting, production and packing. Too often we find prospects scouring the Internet in the hope of finding a solution. Why not give us the opportunity to get involved from day one.
The second stage is for us to deliver a solution. Through R & D, product sampling and evaluating together we hope to achieve that desired solution. That may be identifying potential cost savings and process improvements for your operations but it can also be advanced solutions to increase your innovation. Some of our key manufacturing partners have the best laboratories and testing facilities in the industry allowing us to provide you with comprehensive results from an extensive variety of test methods.
After offering a viable proposition we then enter the implementation stage. Whether that is signing off drawings, scheduling orders and deliveries it will give us the opportunity to deliver excellent customer service. Coastline has one manufacturing and conversion site and 2 further distribution sites in the UK with our own delivery vehicles offering a local service. Each location has a dedicated Internal Sales contact working in conjunction with our external team to manage your requirements.
Its equally important that we continue to build that working relationship and trust progressing onto other projects and opportunities. Coastline would also welcome the chance to extend our product portfolio to you from technical masking, abrading, converting, protecting, bonding, splicing, repairing and of course, packaging.
